I Need Cheering Up

I’m little depressed. Wednesday is my birthday, I’m going to be 51, it feels like life past me by, another year gone by, I feel like the older I get, the less energy I get. I have alot of pain in my feet & lower legs (it’s my bones near my ankles) almost everytime I walk, I get pretty bad anxiety everyday, it’s feel like I’m going stop breathing, maybe that not a bad thing.

I honestly don't care if I have achieved anything/k in life since life is pointless no matter what one does.
And who sets the standards?
