Mildest possible form of Schizophrenia?
I was wondering whether someone I once knew was very mildly schizophrenic. I won't go into detail in that particular case, but I can see how such a person could be in their own world, have mild delusions that made them happy and didn't actually do any harm, heard voices but found them friendly and didn't know that hearing voices is abnormal. I can also see how such a person might be thought to have an ASD simply because their outward behavior was somewhat "weird" and our society tends to label "oddballs" as autistic.
Hi MaxE
When I was 16 I got a voice in my head. The first time he spoke and every time after was the most terrifying experience. This made me very paranoid for years. His voice was loud, passive aggressive, telling me to do abhorrent things. Since then I truly believe that most NT people do not understand what the human mind is capable of. Im ASD diagnosed but only last year, I am now in my 40's.
