Browsing through Youtube as I always do I found a very local uploader who does animations.
Despite the animations being a bit crude (though they can certainly draw at times), the humour is as Welsh valleys as it could come. Every stereotype is done to perfection and the local lingo with the areas rough and politically incorrect humour has pure Welsh gutter humour impregnated into every minute. Obviously the notorious Welsh accent is makes it's appearance throughout. It's a bit of a South Park/Family Guy mix.
Link to the second episode is below, the first one doesn't really do much other than setting the tension between the two main characters.
