My cousin who is a bit older than me like 36 joked to me a few times about how grabbing a woman by the boobs is “hilarious”.

Do you think with his attitude he will get in trouble one of these days? My cousin has been diagnosed with Aspergers and OCD.

At his age, yes. His sexual humor might get him in trouble if he's not careful.

I mean if he were 15 or 16 saying that, it's still bad, but at least you can blame it on being a young and immature teenager.

At his age, 36, he is clearly a grown man and should know better than to joke about that kind of stuff. Saying that kind of stuff, especially around someone who is younger than he is, would probably get him in loads of trouble. So he needs to be more careful.

Grabbing with consent or not? There is a huge difference. If it's without consent I would say it's just an immature sense of humour unless clearly sarcastic.
