↑ THERE is the conundrum: How can a person claim to be cancelled when he has only been locally known?I'm not sure that would be an accurate description of Peterson's notability. One needs to be visible to a certain level in order for that grift to work. One needs to be visible enough and with enough platforms before they can portray criticism and disagreement as 'being cancelled'.
It might even be a legitimate concept when it comes to regular people (for as often as it might actually occur, which is debatable) but when it's a world famous "intellectual" they just come off as a whiny con artist looking for more attention.
