Am a pro mask, but yeah. Masks do impede communication. And thats what this witness ascribed the cause to.

Those fools. They should have gotten into a food fight. Such a wasted opportunity.

The CEO of Golden Corral has just announced that riot gear will be available at the door for all patrons of the dining establishment beginning March 1st.

You have to be pretty desperate to want to eat there. The food quality is poor at best at many of them. I used to eat at them on occasion in college, as they were pretty cheap at the time ($5 lunches, $8 dinners). I now call them the “pig trough” buffets. The last time I went to one like that, there were three kids sticking their hands in the chocolate fountain and licking it off. Their parents were no where to be found. Then there was a guy returning food from his plate back on the buffet. The workers did not stop him, they just shrugged. Would you like some germs with your dessert? No thank you!

I do go to buffets on occasion, but try to stick to the ones costing above $75/ person. Those ones tend to make sure people follow health codes or they are escorted out. My set price rule for buffets tends to cut down on some of the above issues that happen at Golden Corrals.

Don't be raggin' on Golden Corral. Where else can you go and power down 5,000 calories at such a low price? Think of the fun spending your golden years zipping around Walmart on a mobility scooter.
