I am watching a movie called Together Together with the actress Patti Harrison. I read that she is a transgender woman and I was confused…she looks and acts like a woman. It’s not a bad movie.

First of all, she is an actor. This means she knows how to convincingly portray a role.

Second, many transgendered people naturally know how to act convincingly according to their gender identity.

Finally, it should not matter how people identify, because they are people, not their labels. You might be better off to learn how to appreciate people as people, and not as their labels.

Why should it be otherwise?

Just watch the movie, Mr. Crusty. It’s not bad.

Why should transgendered people acting in accordance with their gender identities be noteworthy?
