It's just I get addicted to coming here complaining, expecting some magical answer to fix me but I think it would be better if I did the work myself. I just don't think this website is right for me anymore.

Tell ya what, do the work you want to do on yourself, and, leave the membership here as a resource if/when needed.

It is okay to find yourself wanting to come here and then pause a moment and say, "Okay, me, why am I going there right now?"

Because ...

One possibility is that what you feel you have been doing here might merely get moved to somewhere else if you delete this membership.

True, we here do not have magical answers which will fix you,

yet we do want the best for you, remember that.

Lol me as well! Addiction is an understatement!

Nah, you're OK. I think people should be allowed to complain as much as they want here, and all the unsympathetic POSITIVE folk should go to another thread if they don't like it.

Why do you feel this website isn't right for you? You've got a lot going on.....letting it out here can be helpful. If you find it helps you in any way, don't leave.

And what Kraftie said.

That's nice of you guys. There are some things I feel like I can't talk about here. Hard to put into words. Or I just don't want it online. Anyway I just need a break. It's not even possible to delete an account here is it? And if it was I'd just create a new one when I felt like coming back.

Your account cannot be deleted, but the mods can "ban" you by locking you out of your account. Everything you have already posted would remain, however.

Okay good to know.

I seriousely don't know how to take a long break from this site. Especially with the poor state of my body. Been spending more time online.

All I can muster is posting less sometimes. Lol
