Has anyone ever watched these?

The ones I remember are TV's Bloopers and Practical Jokes (starring Ed McMahon and Dick Clark) and Foul-Ups, Bleeps and Blunders (starring Don Rickles and Steve Lawrence).

Would one count America's Funniest Videos?

In the UK, the best known exponent of this sort of thing was Denis Norden, who fronted a show called 'It'll Be Alright On The Night'.

Many people found Norden an irritating character, myself included, but a lot of his old stuff is still worth watching:

That's practically the only one I remember, and I remember when it became Super Bloopers and New Practical Jokes in the late-80s going into the 90s (still with McMahon and Clark), and then simply became Bloopers (w/Dick Clark running solo, sometimes with a co-host/special guest) for much of the 90s and 2000s, IIRC.

How about Fail Factory?

Just a bunch of videos of people screwing up.

Some are funny. Some persuade me, however, that NTs enjoy some things I don't.
