New Autism cases decline in California

This guy takes a critical view of those who defend thimerosal. The decrease in Autistic kids born in 2000 and 2001 also coincides with the .COM crash when many ASD adults would have been out of work and would not have been a good time for tham to have kids.

Being out of work, it wouldn't be a good time for them to have kids... neither would they have money to get help for the kids they already had. The social service systems aren't really designed to help functional individuals with mild symptoms.

Quickly! We must generate jobs that Aspies in California will willingly join. Then AS can increase again.

It would be interesting to see if there was any decline in births overall. If the Aspies weren't having as many kids at that time, it might show in California's overall stats, even if only slightly.

Just a thought.
