I will admit that I am skeptical about this new Super Mario Brothers film.
I'll be spending New Years Eve watching the Bob Hoskins version.

M3GAN, about the female android that's evil.
I will try to see this too. IMO, I think Universal could have back-to-back hits to start 2023, beginning with this film on January 6th, then Knock at the Cabin on February 3rd.

These are the ones I will most like to definitely see, based purely on the director. Asteroid City - Wes Anderson Barbie - Greta Gerwig A Haunting in Venice - Kenneth Branagh Knock at the Cabin - M. Night Shyamalan
These are the ones I will see because of the movie series reputation. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny John Wick 4
These are curiosity films based on who is directing the film. They are both comedy dramas. A Good Person - Zach Braff When You Finish Saving the World - Jesse Eisenberg

I'm really not looking forward to any of them because I find new movies and TV shows so irritating now. I'd rather watch older stuff that isn't influenced by the idiotic politics of today.

I went to the theater today and saw a preview for Knock at the Cabin. It looks interesting and is probably very tense. Dave Bautista is in it, which is nice. Rupert Grint is also in it as well. I was surprised.

This is the preview I saw -
Here is a newer preview -
