... and counting. I was actually looking forwards to some peace and quiet. I live alone and my famiy are a long way - just sykped them earlier. The last few years I've just stayed here, relaxed, cleared my head, and messed around with various hobbies. I got out of work on Friday and for no apparent reason I was suddenly dead tired, confused and shaky. This went on through most of Christmas Eve, and it's back again today. Currently considering what tin I can face opening for Christmas dinner.

Oh dear. May that anxiety, that panic, clear up soon. Soon and very soon, to borrow a phrase.

The concept of messing about with various hobbies sounds quite appealing! :D

There is a recent post in the disability community on Tumblr which says that, hey, if what you can do for dinner is open a tin, open the tin, it is okay to do just that if you need to.

Thank you. I opened the tin. The tin was actually pretty good, though I nearly ruined the pasta that went with it.

Well, hey, ya got some nutrition in your body and took care of your body, that counts as an accomplishment.

Speaking of accomplishing things, I just got a bag of kitchen trash out to the apartment dumpster & went to check the mail, has been since Wednesday before Thursday's storm that I checked the mail.

I too just went into a full blown panic attack last night that hasn’t let up. My fault letting my antidepressant prescription lapse I guess.

My usual triggers are usually dietary, such as caffeine or alcohol and staying up late. The winter season and lack of daylight is not helping either.

Just trying to not do anything I could regret right now, and making plans to take care of myself.
