Hi.

My next big goal is to travel and practice as a missionary in the medical field. I am gathering information and doing research about this now. Does anyone have missions experience? Does anyone know much about doing missions in dangerous countries such as the middle east? Is anyone else interested in doing missions?

I am a missionary in Texas.I pass out bible study cards when I am out and about and I am preparing to plant a church in Texas.I have never been a missionary in a foreign country.I am strictly a domestic missionary on the home front.

I have family members who are missionaries in South America.
Their focus is on building schools and promoting literacy.
One of them is a journalist who has been attacked by the government.

A friend of mine built water systems in Africa.

My wife and I retired to the Philippines ("P.I.").  Our home is now the nexus for our U.S. church's medical missions to the P.I.  We are also involved in re-constituting churches that lost membership during the Covid crisis.  It keeps us active.
