Thanks! I've made it before and it's nice.
It's one of the only things my daughter and I both like.

I'll probably make Yorkshire Pudding (Yorkies) to go with it.

Cooked and chopped 1 chicken titty to add to a bowl of instant pho. Making a couple mushroom soup sandwiches to go with. (Like grilled cheese style, but no cheese, just a fat tablespoon of Campbells mushroom soup straight out of the can.)

Om nom nom. :D

Most I "cooked," today was a couple toasted sandwiches with nut & seed butter and banana. Ate some chips, a protein bar, and sliced some chicken off a roasted chicken from Costco just now after 2am.

Haven't been doing much proper cooking lately. Been getting some things done though, so that's good.

I'll have to try that. I just discovered boxed wine for cooking and used up my box of white wine. I can use this recipe for my red wine! I cook beef stew in a tiny little 1.5 quart slow cooker to make just one serving of beef stew! Make it in the morning and it is done in time for dinner!

The boxes are designed to fold up to keep the air out of the box so the wine can last for weeks instead of just days.

Most “cooking,” I did today was open a can of tuna. Ate that with some pre-made salad mix.

I have an attemp at a chickpea and bell pepper curry on the stove right now. We'll see. Had a fantastic Indian takeaway with some old friends last night, and it's made me want to start cooking again.

I don't think boiling water and opening a couple cans counts as "cooking," lol but I just made myself quite the ghetto-gourmet bowl of pho from an instant noodle bowl + 1 can of crab meat + 1 can of smoked oysters = tasty soup! 8)

Fried teriyaki flank steak, steamed rice, and miso soup.

Flank steak has lot of flavor but can be a tough cut of meat.
I cut it across the grain into thin slices. It also helps to eat tough cuts of meat while it is still warm.
