Labels do serve plenty of other purposes too.

Every noun and every adjective, in every language which has nouns and adjectives, is a label. Without any labels, it would be extremely difficult to have language-based communication of any kind.

Of course there can be difficulties with labels. They can sometimes be oversimplified or just plain wrong. Finding truly accurate labels for some things can be a challenge. Labels can also be used in dishonest, propagandistic ways.

But it's not feasible to avoid all labels.

First and foremost, you are not "just" anything.

You are you. You will work out/realise who that is in time.

At no point should you describe yourself as "just"....

It's ok

It's ok to not be sure. Figuring this stuff can take a long time, yes, even years.

I consider myself transgender because I have the speaking voice and mannerisms of a woman.
With my petite hourglass body I easily pass as a woman without HRT or surgery.
My friends are OK with my transition. I transitioned in place over about five years.

I'm a guy but I feel not like a guy at sometimes(not a girl either).
I'm physically and emotionally weak. And I'm quite an effeminate guy.
However I sometimes do the femboy thing and love it!

I'm also alternative/emo-ish/goth-ish. However my style and look isn't stereotypical. So I'm more alternative, but I love emo and goth styles.

I'm think I'm trans honestly and I plan to transition by 2028. I did think for awhile that I was a femboy, but I actually feel trans. That said, I have mad respect for non-binary people and femboys.

Here's the neat part: You can literally be all three of those things
