Always seems to feel like I've missed out on experiences that people go through in their 20s such as constant travelling abroad, partying, drinking and getting wasted, meeting the right partner, having sex once, twice or 3 times before 30. I feel like I've hardly done any of those things except going abroad to a few places, went to parties but not wild ones like those in clubs and never got myself wasted. It feels as though I've led quite a boring life.

I know the feeling. I have done some of those things, but missed out on many of them also. Hope your 30s are better. Mine were, but the feelings of what I have missed out on remain. You aren't missing much by not getting wasted a lot. That will really set your life back.

Ok. So what about it? MOST of us don't hit the same milestones as NT's when it comes to careers, relationships, etc. Many of my peers are far wealthier than I am, have long term relationships/families, own houses etc.. and I don't. BUT, I'm not them so so what?

If you feel like you're boring yourself, do something you find exciting and want to do. Pretty simple. There are infinite choices of things to do if you want to do them. Go try something, have some fun.

If you've missed out on "partying" , drinking, and getting wasted - you haven't missed anything. I'd call myself fortunate if I could say the same.

If you want to travel (or anything else), you have to make it a priority, and work towards it. Life doesn't just happen by accident.
