Yea, Heaven or Las Vegas is a great album with Lizzie's indecipherable lyrics and the jangly ethereal guitars.

Just one more. Technically late '70s (1979) which I prefer to the eighties. Don't know if it can be considered obscure at this point. It definitely hits!
