I talked to him briefly.
Yes, the person knew some of those pilots.
A lot of the info is still classified and not released.

According to testimony from the pilots they were visited by Men in Black. Told to keep quiet.

No.
Its a spoof of the UFO thing in pop culture. Specifically one meme in the UFO subculture: namely "the Men in Black".

Not sure how much info you need but basically:

Since the Fifties folks who have reported UFO sightings, sometimes later often report "being harrassed" by well dressed agents in black suits (they may be govt. agents, or they may be aliens themselves). The movie series is based upon the first notion and runs with the idea for comic satire. Stars Will Smith and Jamie Lee Jones.

Will and Jamie each carry a "neuralizer" stick. They flash it and...it erases your memories of...ever seeing that UFO in your backyard, and of ever talking to them either! Lol!

Who knows?

You may have been abducted by Greys a dozen times, but...Will Smith "wont let you remember". Lol!

My theory is the opposite.

That earth is a game preserve in an interstellar empire of an alien species.

And that they are what is keeping us FROM self destructing.

Theyve been our nurse maids since the dawn of the nuclear age subtly influencing us away from blowing ourselves up. But they...cant keep it up forever!
