Hi, I am Phoenix

I was just diagnosed two weeks ago at age 35 with Level 1 Autism. I consider it to be a turning point in my life as things finally make sense and I feel so much happier.

So I am here to meet and connect with people like me.

And, yes, a lot of us were pleased that our diagnoses explained so much of our life. Some of us did not find out until in our 60's and spent decades longer wondering what the heck was wrong with them. (Though, I'm rather hard-headed. I was wondering what was wrong with everyone else!)

welcome! what a relief to finally get diagnosis as an adult. So much of the past is made understandable and with this new perspective, so many self accommodations can be made. We can forgive ourselves for all the failures of the past, now we understand how autism was hidden and working in everything all our lives without our knowing or understanding. Glad you are with us!
