Any specific TECH. support resources whose qualities are a rarity? That is a rarity meaning quality TECH. support actually delivering helpful results in troubleshooting those pesky PC and SmartPhone problems!

How might AI TECH. e.g., ChatGPT actually help (without introducing additional complications) with TECH. support?

Its an interesting question - I have never been assisted by any tech support calls or site visits (so far) the best I've done is DIY with help from Dr. Google). Everything else has been useless. I don't even bother anymore as its not worth my time or frustration.

Putting specific TECH. problems to words might be challenging.....on account of irritation - those times when we might be at a loss for words in describing yet another confounding TECH issue.

Any experiences in successfully navigating ever-more challenging TECH. landscapes?

I solve my own tech problems, with throwing out the old and bringing in the new as a last resort.
