I struggle with this nowadays. What makes someone doubt himself? Being different from the rest of society or childhood problems ?

Constantly trying to figure out whats wrong with me lately. I guess it's related to aspergers / asd.

I can only hope this will end someday

There are lots of things that could make a person doubt themselves. Some reasons are:

Feeling different
Being excluded
Experiencing abuse, including gaslighting
Having poor self esteem

There are many other reasons besides these.

Got to agree with TP opinion those would be the big ones .. Am thinking that family childhood abuse might be a big one.. Seen it in other people .But i do believe that it can be gotten over ( or around)

Try not to think in those terms. You are you. There is no right and wrong in that. You function however you function. It's not about being right or wrong in how you function, you just need to function in a way that works for you no matter how it compares to other people.

This is why I hate it so much when Autistic people are told that their ways of functioning are wrong. They are not. Whatever works for you is right for you.
