This was actually uplifting, and pulled it off without being too critical of NT's. I'd find it especially relieving if neurotype ratios are changing in favor of people less GameA / Molochy. Especially if the identified people on the spectrum reach numbers like 4 or 5% a lot could happen in our favor.

It's also been interesting to watch David Shapiro go from just having a really cool channel on AI, 4th industrial revolution, etc. to outright admitting that he's on the spectrum and talking about his advocacy ideas on a side Youtube channel.
My hope is that the policy goes from 'You're different - it means you're a lazy, undisciplined punk who needs to be taken out back and sorted out' to the understanding being baked in that there are people who just operate differently because their switches are framed differently at much deeper levels and having people ask 'How can we best utilize their competencies as they are?'.
The magic number seems to be something like 4-5% of the population and when you hit that quantity specific rights start to be a thing. I don't want to see AJW's but I would like to see really practical measures put in place so other people who 'look too normal to be autistic' or 'disabled' don't have to live with a boot cleated into the side of their head and telling them they have a choice between being alive, employed, or free and being autistic. We somehow don't tolerate that for whole swaths of the population but there are all kinds of residual populations, like neurodiverse, where they are still regarded as either lazy and undisciplined or broken NT's who need to be treated as such.

Nature will sort it out in the end if we don't first (Either way we are part of nature). We are needed for our sensitivities, pattern recognition ability, and novel ways of looking at things and finding solutions. Excluding and hurting us harms everyone else in the end - Domino effect as everything is connected.
I would like to think that NTs will "come to their senses" but I've been on this planet for a while now. I don't see it happening. I want to be proven wrong.
