Yeah but I've seen people stuffing their faces with pies, crisps and chocolates while their walking.

That'll ruin any exercise/diet regime. Even the best science backed, individualized program.

True, but many people who pig out on pies, crisps and chocs don't exercise at all.

It's perhaps more enjoyable while eating pies, crisps and chocolate.

Seriously, it's a problem. Exercise can be very boring as well as painful. Better to be a hunter-gatherer and be forced to walk about for food.

I do jump rope for about 40 minutes per day. I don't even have to leave my flat. And it's supposed to equate to about 2 hours worth of jogging or something ridiculous like that.

I walk three-quarters of a mile to Asda and Aldi most days. Mind you, I usually catch the bus back home.

Well I've got the energy to keep going and going but I'm in a lot of pain due to nerve damage but I just work through that.

That is why I take my phone and headphones and listen to music, podcasts, or walk on the treadmill while watching TV. I would be doing most of that stuff anyways just sitting on my butt, so might as well get a workout in while doing it. My form of multitasking
