I know it doesn't count because they're not out yet, but I'm really looking forward to 'Scott Pilgrim Takes Off' and The Percy Jackson TV series to come out.

I'm so hyped. I would be surprised if they don't become my favourites.

As for TV series that have come out, I would say Heartstopper is up there. Of course I also enjoyed Stranger Things.

I heard they are doing a six part animated series on Netflix based on the six Scott Pilgrim books. I’ll definitely watch it as a loved the movie, and I’m interested to see where they differentiate. I’ve only seen the Percy Jackson movies, so a series sounds like fun. I’ve never heard of Heartstopper, so I’ll have to look that one up. Stranger Things is a great series. Definitely one that presents new and interesting ideas.

The Percy Jackson movies are a bad representation of the story. In fact, the author hates the films. I was definitely shocked when I read the books and they were completely different! Thankfully though, the author was heavily involved in making the TV series, so we're going to see an adaptation that's closer to the books in terms of plot.

I'm glad they got actors the right age this time. The fact the film director made them late teens instead of twelve because he was worried it would 'be too much like Harry Potter otherwise'. I was annoyed that the films aged up the characters and gave them completely different personalities. Especially Grover.

(Sorry - rant over. :P)

I think they change the ages of characters in movies and series to suit the target audience.

A classic English show. I watched a few episodes when I lived with my grandparents. My grandad loved the show. Also Keeping Up Appearances. I found that very funny.

I didn't see any mentions of Fringe, so I'll add it to the list.

The final season is divisive - my wife hated it, I loved it.

I loved Fringe as well. It was a new twist in sci-fi viewing. I liked the ending too. Also liked that the lead actor was an Aussie.

Out of the options, there were about half of the shows that I rate highly.

I went for The Sopranos since I had just one vote, however.

I know, I should have made it multiple choice, but it’s my first poll, so I’m giving myself a pass on this one.

I just finished watching See on Appletv. It wasn’t too bad, although I felt the story was a bit slow.
