It's still better than voting for the other guy.

Biden’s Mideast foreign policy was worse than Trump’s: He literally unleashed the full power of Persian Manticore.

- Biden released access to billions of $ for Iran.
- Lifted oil sanctions.
- White-listed the Houthis.
- Destroying relationship with Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Arabs; then later he tried to fix it but failed.

I'm not saying Biden is better in every single way, I'm saying all-in-all he's the least terrible option between the two most likely winner.

As long as Israel occupies Palestinian territory and treats Palestinians worse than stray dogs Hamas will exist and Israel's actions will continue be the reason for it's existence.

Which is strange because Israel believes it “disengaged” from Gaza in 2005 when it completely withdrew its military and civilians from the area. So how is the Oct 7 attack about occupation?.

a) They've never withdrawn from the West Bank. If they think withdrawing from Gaza is the same as returning to the 1967 borders they're delusional; if you believe the two are synonymous so are you.

b) No longer having settlements in Gaza doesn't mean they ever stopped treating Gaza like a concentration camp. Numerous articles have been posted on here regarding that treatment.

Beyond that, Likud's overall aims have been always been to ensure the 'voluntary resettlement' of the Palestinian people by making conditions within Palestine unbearable and to never allow for a Palestinian state to form. As long as that's Israeli policy, Israel has only themselves to blame for people resisting their actions.

It's a shame that it's innocent civilians rather than Israeli government officials but I'm not going to start prioritizing Israeli civilian deaths over Palestinian ones so long as Israel remains the antagonist in this conflict.

But Gaza was demilitarised? was not occupied Oct 7 2023? yes Israel controlled movement of people and goods in and out of Gaza but so did Egypt. HAMAS never attack Egypt?

That's like saying they left Texas, so America wasn't occupied. No, Gaza and the West Bank are the same nation, Israel withdrawing from Gaza isn't good enough.
