why cant i focus when doing school work

i cant f#cking focus for sh*t when it comes to stuff like this and i always feel so mad when im doing project stuff too

Executive Dysfunction... it really sucks, y'know, because, you're doing stuff, but then, you get distracted, or when you get really really invested in something, and then you just have to switch! It really ticks me off, and I am very emotional about it.
