"Cliffside." I think this series pilot was created by the guy who writes "Murder Drones" - sadly, it was a bit too soon to get caught up in the current explosion of interest.

At the other end of the scale.... This Japanese channel has hundreds, if not thousands, of tiny animations. I like the axolotl ones best.

I remember watching Mondo Media years ago. They had a lot of animated shows on YouTube like Happy Tree Friends, Dick Figures, Gundarr, and Deep Space 69. Now they barely put out anything these days.

Animated short about isopod crustaceans, of all things. (A minor obsession of mine.) There's some recognisable weird Paleozoic creature designs in it, too - there's an Anomalocaris and a couple of Opabinias in the first shot!

I love bluworm's stop-motion and puppets a lot, I hope this counts.

I get a lot of laughs from the bad "fanimes" on YouTube, such as Neko Sugar Girls, Large Bagel, and Sugoi Quest for Kokoro. The ones I listed are specifically parodies of shojo anime (including shojo cliches such as lateness to school and magical girls). The animation is terrible and done in MS Paint, but the voice acting is funny.

The original uploader of Fist of the Borf Star Volumes 1 & 2 closed his account, but its been reuploaded by a guy who makes a spiritual successor called Garfielf is Unbreakable.

'Yellow Zone' by Sad-ist. This is an animation based on The Stanley Parable. The Stanley Parable is a game, where you find yourself alone in an office as the character Stanley. A Narrator tells you what to do and it's up to you if you comply. Even without this context, this animation works by itself.

Warning: blood, violence and flashing lights.

As you can see, this is a stop-motion video of three Spider-Men.
