People can express how they feel in images here when words and numbers aren’t cutting it. Feel free to share (or not share!) why you find the image relevant in that moment or if you relate to someone else’s. It’s meant to be a therapeutic space where people can discuss stuff related to mental health or their internal experience at the time.
