I know Hulu is on Disney+, but why there still a Hulu app, I read Disney bought Hulu. I don’t understand.

I think the two are going to become one at some point next year. I get Hulu for free thanks to a deal with my mobile service provider. I don't know if it'll still remain that way after the merger. I don't have Disney.
