While a broken nose CAN effect attractiveness, it's not the be all and end all. Look at Owen Wilson.. major movie star and has one of the most busted noses in Hollywood. If it hasn't been broken I'd be shocked that it's natural.

Also, in terms of facial attraction and added "features," I worked with a guy that had a bunch of facial scars. He was both attacked by a dog when he was a little kid And rode a toboggan through a barbed wire fence at the bottom of a hill that ripped his face up. He was also overweight and was not wealthy. Buuuut, he Also always had girls around and would sweet talk them at the bar (he was a bouncer there) and did ok with the ladies.

Facial disfigurations Can certainly take away from attractiveness, but it's certainly not the be all and end all. It's a whole lot more about your behaviour as to whether or not you're able to attract dates/partners etc than it is some facial feature or another.

Owen Nilson has a horribly mishaped nose, he was never a sex symbol tho.

There was some smokin’ hot blonde bombshell at my business school in ~2001 that was apparently dating Owen Wilson. His broken nose did Not prevent him from dating beautiful young women. He’s probably a nice guy, but the star status and money certainly don’t hurt his chances any.

While I only date men who wear masks and carry swords, I think Owen Wilson seems charming because he appears funny and down-to-Earth. Many women find those traits attractive.

Even I know who Owen Wilson is, because he's hot.
That's because of his laid-back personality and emotional availability.
On-screen, anyway.

I think I heard he was a really good dad, and that's hot too.

Would having a lazy eye combined with a broken nose effect your attractiveness?

Yes.. in general any facial anomalies are going to likely affect your attractiveness. Typically negatively, But, sometimes something "different and human," draws positive attention and makes someone more attractive.. especially if they are confident & charismatic.

Another celebrity example:

Robert De Niro has a significant mole on his right cheek bone. He's a confident charismatic guy, so it just becomes a part of his face and people tend to think he's a decent looking man. However, if he were non-confident and shy and not so outgoing and hated his facial mole and did everything he could to hide his face, he'd appear less attractive for the very same facial anomaly because of his own perceptions of it and the energy he'd put out in that scenario. IMO.

As for lazy eyes.. maybe make some people feel ugly so they "look," ugly in their non-confident facial expressions, and maybe make others feel like movie stars so they have the career of Forest Whitaker. Who knows if he'd be the same if his nose was all busted up, too.. ha - but my guess is he'd be the same, only well known for his face having a lazy eye And a busted nose. Because of Who He Is and his confidence, charisma, energy etc.

Facial anomalies/burns/scars etc Can all negatively affect attractiveness, But can be More Than Overcome by someone having a very positive outgoing personality.

^ Except, autistics aren’t really known for confidence and charisma.

We are too… monotone.
