Hello, my name is Jess and I got diagnosed this year ~~ me being 23. Funny thing is, my oldest brother and dad are autistic as well. My mom and dad didn't know he was autistic, or that my father was as well, so, since he was born first, my mom ended up raising us all using the same tactics. A good example is my mom tapping her chin and telling us to look at her when she speaks. My dad didn't realize he was autistic until he filled out some parental forms for my diagnosis and my brother is undiagnosed - as far a I know - but, he's definitely autistic. It's weird trying to differentiate between my own stims/tendencies and those absorbed from my family. Anyways!! I love Ace Attorney, horror/horror films, playing Minecraft, and learning. Some of my favorite subjects are anthropology, ethics, religion, and art history. I'm excited to be around others who understand me who aren't just my dad.

And, perhaps, some of your family would like it here, too. My bride is also on WP (she's ADHD, not Autistic, but was interested because of me). We're trying to be careful enough not to give away our Earth identities...I'm suspicious that the Internet wouldn't be my first choice as a place to do that.
