Can you identify what kind of car this is?

I'm working on a graphic novel. Since I am not an illustrator, I use 1/6th scale action figures that I pose, take pictures of, edit, and insert into a digital setting. I have been purchasing digital images from Dreamstime to use as backdrops.

In a current sequence that I'm working on, the protagonist gets into a car.

Aside from having a driver's license, I don't really know anything about cars. Can anyone identify what kind of car this is? The next picture in the sequence would be having this car on the road - but since I don't know what kind of car this is, I don't know what to search for.

That appears to be a Rolls-Royce Ghost
