remember whatever way the testing goes, it is to measure your neurology, there is no pass/fail. Even if they tell you you are not autistic, the results of your testing can be very informative and helpful.
my first go at testing, the professional who did the testing had never diagnosed a single person with autism, yet the neurological tests clearly showed that I am autistic, with real high scores along with really low ones... a strong sign of uneven neurological development. A psychologist with years of experience diagnosing and working with older adults with autism looked at the test results and showed me how the results actually proved I am autistic in spite of what that neurologist said. Don't be discouraged, don't be scared, they are there to help you and get information that can help as you go forward.
No matter what the results, you are still you, and the diagnosis depends on the skill and experience of the person or parties doing the exams and diagnosis process. I found it very interesting to participate in testing and to try to figure out what each of the test series was meant to find out
