Ideally, 10 pm for like, ten hours. Except I can’t really get myself to go to bed until 11.

12am - 1 am
I work untill 10:30 pm and then have to bathe, have dinner and wind down.
There have been nights where I fall asleep just after work but I usually wake up smelly and hungry. So I try and stay up untill that time to get my night routine done.

My perfect bedtime is 21 (9pm) but it's rarely available in my family setting.

At the moment; 4am to 1pm.
May shift into biphasic 8pm-11pm, 4am-9am.

May end up becoming more or less than 24 hr cycle. Will accumulate and sleep pattern changes by 10 minutes to an hour earlier or later per day.

May had to adjust to 4am-7am, 1pm-4pm due to certain obligations.

If I have a choice?? I'd choose a sleep pattern -- or sleep at all because my body is a whiner -- that the time will bother me way less with the amount of time I want to consume at the moment.

Maybe figure how to make my sleep go around 2am-4am, 2pm-4pm? I wish.
I'd rather have 20+ hrs of waking day, instead my body is still unreliability wanting 7-9hrs deducted from 24 hrs.
That, and still not optimally functioning whether or not I put more or less hours "resting", no.
