Do you ever find that you sometimes have a hard time taking care of things you need to do because you are overwhelmed thinking about what needs to be done that it occupies a lot your time?

All the time. I'm perpetually overwhelmed. I barely get day to day tasks done let alone make any progress with longer term plans.

This happens to me all the time. I finally got the dishes done today. It was a huge relief.

Same here. I always think I'm going to fail miserably at even the most basic tasks.
