I looked through my phone contacts and have noone to call except family members.

Having no friends, and almost zero acquantiances, how did that happen?

This happened to me a couple of times in my 20s and then in my 30s prior to getting married. Take this as an opportunity to make new friends.

How often do you get out of the house and try to meet people? Do you have a job? Any social groups or activities you participate in?
