A ban on AfD is being considered. We may have to consider a ban on the MAGAs, or possibly the GOP as a whole.

I think the US enshrines free speech in it's constitution > Germany

The irony is post-WWII Germany the freedom to support far right ideas was quashed by the US occupation forces which extended into the modern era.
