congratulations! that written report can be so useful when sorting your strengths and weaknesses. Knowing the specifics of your own neurology makes it easier to find self accommodation and make changes that can help your daily life become less stressful and easier as time goes on. Keep making adjustments to the way you "do things" with your personal struggles in mind... its OK to say no and suggest substitutes for things that are hard on your neurology and eliminate those things from your daily grind.
