Do you guys think that people, especially with autism, but really with any disabilities, who have full-time caregivers, are more likely to be falsely accused of lying about stuff (intentions, needs, etc), than other people?

I don't know. I don't have a full-time caregiver.

If my wife counts as a "caregiver", then no.
