"suck" and "blow" are opposites except when referring to something that is bad, then they are synonyms.

They're both euphemisms for oral sex, which is ultimately the reference being made.

Double negative literally means a positive

For example: "I ain't got no cash" means "I got cash"

Double positive means a negative

For example "yeah right" means "wrong"

Odd that'd they'd be used to mean something is bad, considering most people tend to enjoy sex.

I think the term SuckJob means a bad blowjob, bad as in not enjoyable.

It's my understanding that they mean "that sucks sh*t", and "that blows chunks".

They both refer to bad or negative things rather than sex.

In some contexts "blow" can be related to surprise, such as "mind-blowing" or with the more old fashioned phrase/idiom "well, blow me down".

Below is a quote from https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/Well%2c+blow+me+down!

Quote:
blow me down
An expression of shock or surprise at something. Often used jocosely and usually preceded by the word "well."

In the dialects where that construct is common a double-negative is an intensifier.

Double negatives as an intensifier are common in West African languages, they've been borrowed into black English dialects from that source and they've been absorbed into other dialects through contact.

I ain't got no cash means I'm completely broke, not I have cash.

Personally, the main 'long form' of the latter I grew up with was that blows goats.

Yes, you are 100% correct. In that context the double-negative is an intensifier.

Imagine if something sucks and blows at the same time.

There are electrical things like that.

Vacuum cleaners aka hoovers.Inflatable air blowers suck in air before blowing it out at great force, etc.
