Changing the clocks twice a year is bad.

I wish they'd just get rid of Daylight Savings so we can live on natural time.
Our bodies need wakeful darkness for the circadian rhythm.

We should get rid of DLS, AND switch to military time. No more of this AM/PM crap. Keep it simple.

I prefer 24-hour format too.
Some video-games like GTA have no option to change their 24 hour format & it takes my mind at least a few seconds to translate the hours after 12 to PM hours & vice-versa. Making military time standard would avoid that annoying translating step once we've gotten used to it. I kinda wondered if I was the only one who had that problem & thought it might just be my dyslexia :oops:

I think it is fairly common - the issue you describe. I don't think it necessarily has to do with dyslexia.

Not only am I in favour of abolishing daylight savings, I'm also in favour of abolishing multiple time zones in favour of just one time zone/time standard for the whole world. This article explains the idea: https://science.howstuffworks.com/envir ... e-zone.htm

I find there's a lot more clarity with the 24-hour format.

I don't know if it's just me, but I often find myself asking people do you mean AM or PM? Because in everyday conversation people seem to often not mention if something is AM or PM.
