Can't Delete Photos from Album

I'm trying to delete a photo from my album but can't. I've tried deleteing the photo, and deleting the entire album, but this site won't let me. I keep getting error messages.

((Nobody else is having this problem? It has not resolved itself, and I can't upload anything new either, I tried yesterday.))

Yes, as I said in the first post, I do. As in, when I try to delete a pic:

"Directory 'modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/11876/' is not writable, pictures can't be deleted

File: /home/planet/public_html/modules/coppermine/delete.php - Line: 99'

or, when I try to delete an album:
