Hi all. I registered here about 8 years ago, I think. Just posting a re-introduction. I'm 40, male, in a 5 year relationship with my girlfriend. We live together along with her 3 kids. We have 4 cats and a senior dog.

No official diagnosis from a doctor, but I have been to a counselor who works specifically with autistic and pdd patients. Going to the doctor was too costly, and the counselor wasn't really affordable to me either. I was already over 30, and didn't need any services -- so I really felt like I had a starting point to understand some issues I was having, and that was good.

I'm hoping I can motivate myself to participate here and be more active and not just lurk.

5 other things about me:
-I'm a vegetarian (for various reasons)
-I used to run a whole lot, but after a spinal injury, I try to bike when I can
-i'm a pro-wrestling fan
-I was a librarian (cataloger)
-I garden

When I was a student in high school I learned wrestling. I was actually a little good at it. That was over 60 years ago.

Good on you! I wrestled as a freshman without much success, lol. the conditioning and training helped me out so much, though, I can't say I regret it at all.
