Hello fellow Aspies,

Just found this Autie space. Hopefully this place is a lot more friendlier than Reddit. I was diagnosed at 36 after years of struggling with general life, although I had previously been diagnosed with dyslexia and dyscalculia as a teen. I'm now 39 years old and after a few years of coming to terms with my new found diagnosis and figuring out how life best works for me, I'm ready to start a fresh.

Humans beings are a lot more complex than many people know. This is a strange world we live in. If you look inside the human skull, you will begin to understand. Our brain has two sides, one on the left side of our skull and the other on the right side. They are totally different brains. They have a small bit of connecting tissue that combines these two sides together. But they are in reality two different beings that exist inside us. One is our daytime brain. The other is our night time brain that exist in REM and deep NREM sleep.

If one side of our brain becomes damaged during childhood, a brain flip may occur. Our night time brain may become dominant and carry on. The other brain may switch places and become our support brain.
