Does anyone know if something like that exists?

If it does, it's only for insanely rich people with private insurance.

Yes, they do exist technically but they are for people considered "low functioning" and you should avoid them at all costs due to abuse being rampant in them. Most employees aren't background checked and they will hire just anyone. You get better help in prison for anything these days than you do in an impatient mental health faciality for anyone. Mental health facilities were never intended to help the people they helped, just get them away from the "normal" people since it's illegal to euthanize a person for being an inconvenience like you can an animal.

I doubt they exist. Mental health facilities are hard to find, professionals needed to care for those with mental health issues are in such demand and short supply. If anybody needs inpatient care, they are generally admitted for only a night or two until emergency situations are stabilized, and lucky to be admitted at all, in many places in the USA. Specialized care for autistic individuals just does not exist. We are only about 2 to 3 percent of the general population, so creating a facility just for autistic individuals with mental health issues is not likely to be financially possible. If there is no profit to be made, there is very little chance that such a thing would come to pass.
Or are you looking for care homes that specialize in facilities for autistic individuals. ( assisted living, group homes, or closed communities) ? These are rare, and the waiting lists are very long, but they do exist in a few places here in the USA. No idea about what is available in other countries.
