Again.

Reading about this type of thing constantly gets so infuriating and depressing.

Usually it is not the teachers but bus drivers and paraprofessionals who are poorly paid and have no idea about how to handle autistics.

Pay them a living wage & train them. Then you get a better applicant pool to choose from to begin with.
