What would the night sky of a planet that moved around its star at more than 99% the speed of light be like to intelligent life on such a planet? Would they be seeing the universe evolve super fast?

If it moved that fast it wouldnt stay in orbit. And would go flying off into interstellar space because that would be more than "escape velocity" from the gravity of any star.
Maybe you could orbit VERY CLOSE to a black hole at that speed and stay in orbit. But you would be torn apart by tidal forces if you did.

That is kind of what i was thinking. Any planet that was orbiting it star that quickly would be so close to the star that it would be fried by the heat.
