It was unreal and definitely one I would highly recommend! I don't watch too much scifi-horror but the one I would definitely recommend is the original 1982 "The Thing" by John Carpenter. Love the characters too and it's just pure disturbing on a visceral other level and I can't ever rewatch it because of it. It's awesome.

Considering their age I was impressed with the Phantasm series although I haven't yet seen 3 & 4.
They seem unavailable from streaming services and I haven't yet found somewhere I trust to download them from.
