Many of you may not know but he passed away a couple of days ago. He was a guy who encouraged me and wanted to help me develop my modelling skills by sharing his own. His work was amazing and he will be sadly missed.
I have to share a quote someone made in the thread telling us of Daniels passing away which made us happy and smile. (Quote from a different Daniel).
"Well, as Daniel Pennac wrote: "getting old what a horror - said my father - but it's the only way I found to avoid dying young" ".
I miss Daniel and others who have passed away. Their lives enhanced my own and without them I feel like I need to grab onto things I know are secure and won't change!
It makes me cling closer to my Creator and think of His works! Makes me think "Why did God chose me and why did God send these people my way?" (I am glad He did even if I only met Daniel online).

Though he was never diagnosed, it wouldn't surprize me if he was autistic. A very tallented guy who built some absolutley amazing dioramas and models! I will see if I can find one of his threads on another site.
You may have to sift through as he loved collecting real life scenes along with old photographs. It is a little painful to look through as I have so many memories and I assume I can just write and wait for his reply! I often PM'd him on one of the model railway sites we were on (Usually on another site again which is members only so I can't share his work on that site).
