I never gave importance to the music video so when I saw the video, because I was listening it on repeat I saw it.

I feel like this little girl got actually a meaning, but I cannot understand which... my interpretation is: in a world when sexuality is the only meaning this little girl love him just as human being.

Whatever is the meaning should be actually pretty deep since the meaning is about being childish... like that little girl is actually more mature than the avarange "adult being" or more pure?

Surely the meaning is pretty deep and especially pretty true.

Verse 1:
You took a strange man by the arm
It made me crack up
You blew bubbles with your gum
It made me crazy

Chorus:
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat

Verse 2:
You winked at me
You made me burn
You turned your back and looked
You made me crazy

Chorus:
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat

Bridge:
Is this how we learned it from our fathers?
We were disgraced for a day
The new custom has arrived, woe to the old village
Friends, we are in trouble

Chorus:
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat

Verse 3:
You took a strange man by the arm
It made me crack up
You blew bubbles with your gum
It made me crazy

Chorus:
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat

Bridge:
Is this how we learned it from our fathers?
We were disgraced for a day
The new custom has arrived, woe to the old village
Friends, we are in trouble

Chorus:
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat

Outro:
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat
You’re a spoiled brat

In the video I saw, the singer was a young man, and everyone else in the video were young women. Where was the child?

Ah, thank you, it was such a flash I missed it.

Don't have an answer, but it's not prominent enough to indicate it's meant to be a major point, I don't think.

The entire video seems haphazard.

Working things out notes. aka ramblings.

She is sitting on the side, watching. She does not participate because she has not learned that what the other women are doing is what is expected.
Yes, it is about a sexualized, perhaps shallow, point of view.
I am not sure if that point of view is from the male point of view. This is what men think as normal? Women should flock to follow him. "Why not?"
Or is it from a female Fan's point of view where they ADORE AND THEY MUST HAVE HIM! I am reminded of Elvis.
Then I read the Spoiler/Lyric content, and thought "I have to think about this."
(I am putting this comment aside while I think about it. Time 11:11)
The little girl appears at the very end as well. He bends down and kisses her forehead. It appears out of appreciation (for not being a possessive fan? At least one wanted him to marry her.)
I think she is the innocence, before men and women learn how they are suppose to act and respond.

Verse one. He is amused by the attention, and it appears drawn to the sexual attention. It made him crazy.
The chorus suggests that women expect he should return the admiration they have for him. It is something they perhaps believe they deserve? He tells them they are a spoil brat.
Verse two. Obvious flirting. More sexual attention.
The bridge is what I had to think about.

Is this how we learned it from our fathers?
We were disgraced for a day
The new custom has arrived, woe to the old village
Friends, we are in trouble

What was "it" that was learned? The new custom cause disgrace? Perhaps being objectified by his fans? Maybe it is being sexually objectified by his fans?

Could this be a man lamenting that he is not the one in control, pursuing, commanding the women. I don't know anything about the culture he is referencing.

It starts with a him giving a kiss to the viewer. The kiss is reciprocated back to him throughout the video by the women, and he runs from them. In the end, she gives the child a kiss on the forehead, and it is a different type of kiss. It is not flirty.

Sorry. This is how my brain works. flitter here. flitter there. If I'm luck, can summarize it.

The video starts with him giving a flirtatious kiss to the viewer. He is in control.
As he walks through the video, women start following him, returning flirtatious kisses.
He starts loosing control, as more and more women follow him, turning into a chase.
His walk turns into a run, chased my the women, one in a wedding dress, all sending flirtatious kisses.
It is during this dash, the young girl is shown, watching the horde chase the man, who is definitely not in control.
He repeatedly refers to them as spoiled brats, I expect because they expect something more from him.
In the end, he hides out, and the young girl is there. He leans down kissing her forehead. She is the only one that did not demand anything from him. One could also make the argument that control has returned to him, except the kiss is a peck on the forehead and not a flirtatious kiss.

My after thoughts.
Now I'll do a little research. It turns out very little research. I learned that Şımarık means "Spoiled" and is the debut song from the Turkish singer Tarkan. The song came out in 1997, and is also know as "Kiss Kiss." In 2001, an English version with apparently different lyrics, came out by Stella Soleil. The comments are interesting and sometimes contradicting. Holly Valance has a version as well. I think these versions are trying to reach that young girl. Woe to the old village friends, we are in trouble. One male commentor said of Holly's video - "I was 11 when this came out. This song or should I say this video made me see girls differently for the first time."

Not sure if any of this is a correct interpretation. It was still an enjoyable exercise.
